Floor routine:
(To be performed on a long carpet mat)
THE RED ROUTINE (Year PS / R)
1) 3 steps on tiptoes showing good posture
2) Show straight shape with arms up
3) Straight jump
4) Balance on one foot
5) 3 bunny jumps
6) Balance on 2 hands and 1 foot
7) Show front support position
8) Jump feet into squat then show tuck position
9) Roll backwards keeping in tuck shape
10) Straighten legs to the vertical and rock to pike position
*2 points bonus if cartwheel performed
REBOUND:
Each competitor will have two attempts to show a squat on to a low block and straight jump off.
